Women in Business
Guest Speaker: Paula Kramer
Currently an APEX Regional Manager under the Office of the Governor’s Office of Economic Opportunities (GOEO). Background in government contracting to include contract readiness, federal certifications (woman owned small business, service-disabled veteran owned small business, small disadvantage business), and U.S. Army COE quality management (construction). Experienced in finding what government agencies “buy what you sell”; in locating bid opportunities, how to write bids/proposals; familiar with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
Ms. Kramer held the highest professional certification of Level III, as a member of the Army Acquisition Corps, entrusted by Department of Defense (DoD) with an unlimited warrant to award contract agreements while serving as a contracting officer and program manager.
She is a graduate from the US Army Logistics Management College in cooperation with the NCMA.
